HARMONY & STILLNESS

A WINTER RETREAT

As the year begins to slow down, it’s time for us to do the same. With Harmony & Stillness, La Maiena becomes a special place to breathe deeply, let go and recharge.

Together with our experienced therapist Nicole Prass-Anton, you’ll gently bring body and mind back into balance. Look forward to yoga and mindful movement, breathing practices, meditation, singing bowls and sound baths, complemented by soothing spa and sauna experiences in our Sensa Spa world.

And in between? Time that belongs entirely to you – for a leisurely breakfast, a Signature Massage, a few blissful hours at the spa or simply the pleasure of doing nothing at all.

Four days. Less doing. More feeling. And a renewed sense of balance.
