Through scenic vineyard hikes, intimate tastings and a musical evening where boundaries melt, our sommeliers guide you into a world of depth, resonance and terroir.

MONDAY: Pinot Noir Masterclass with sommelier Enzo

A deep dive into South Tyrolean Pinot Noir – what makes it so special, how it captures terroir, and why it thrives in this region. Together, we’ll taste five to six carefully selected wines from our list: different vineyards, different vintages, one grape – many expressions. A quiet, focused session for those who want to do more than taste – and understand what’s in the glass.

TUESDAY: Vineyard hike with sommelier Silvia – from vine to glass

Together with our sommelier Silvia, we hike the Wine Trail – uphill from Bolzano to Signat, passing through vineyards, old farmsteads and the striking Ritten earth pyramids. Around 700 metres of ascent through the landscape that shapes the wine itself. At Kinig Hof in Signat, we stop for a plate of traditional Schlutzkrapfen. From there, the historic Ritten Railway takes us back to Bolzano, where a special finale awaits: an exclusive tasting at Ansitz Waldgries, one of South Tyrol’s most renowned estates. A place where every glass tells a story of origin, terroir and time.

WEDNESDAY 30.09. and THURSDAY 08.10.: Wine & Music – The Sound of Wine

Not a concert. Not just a tasting. A sensory dialogue between music and wine, rhythm and aroma – an evening shaped by sound, character and atmosphere.

THURSDAY 01.10. and FRIDAY 09.10.: Community Table with wine pairing

Around one table, people, stories and wine come together. A selection of wines from a South Tyrolean winery accompanies the evening – relaxed, convivial and with plenty of room for conversation and connection.
