Wine & gourmet: the gourmet autumn in Naturno

Experience the magic of autumn with all its delicious facets: while nature shows itself in warm colors, we pamper you with selected wines and local specialties that capture the taste of the season in a delightful way. Autumn cuisine at the highest level – exclusively for your enjoyment.

Monday | Evening tasting with South Tyrolean wineries: South Tyrolean winemakers are known as original thinkers who bravely tried new and creative paths, building one of the best wine regions in Italy.

Tuesday | Wine & dining at the inn: a specially prepared 3-course menu will be offered, accompanied by wines from the wineries along the Via Vinum Venostis: from Castelbello, Colsano and Vezzano.

Wednesday | Via Vinum Venostis: unique climatic conditions and steep slopes make the lower Vinschgau a wine region with its own character and authentic wines. Visit the wineries of our neighboring communities with us.

Thursday | Mountain viticulture in Naturno: every Thursday, the local wineries Falkenstein and Castel Juval Unterortl open their doors and offer a behind-the-scenes look.

Friday | Wine & Dine at our partner hotels: each partner hotel invites you to a gala dinner – enjoy a 6-course menu with selected wines in a cozy atmosphere (registration is made directly at the partner hotel. Please note that dinner at the partner hotels is not included in the package price).

The events are accompanied by the host Joachim Nischler and sommelier Alex Panin.
